Color can feel bold, calm, joyful, mysterious, or surprising. This week, campers will explore how artists use color to express ideas and emotions.
Through close looking and creative exploration of the exhibitions Carol Bove and Guggenheim Pop, students will notice how colors interact, contrast, and transform a work of art. They will consider how different combinations create energy or harmony and how color shapes the way we respond to what we see. By the end of the week, campers will understand color as a powerful tool for communication and imagination.
At the end of the week, we'll celebrate together at a special exhibition in the Education Center that showcases the campers' artwork.
This is an experience your child won't want to miss. Sign up now; space is limited.
This is a drop-off program. Each week-long camp is limited to 30 children, and registration is required.
Fees: Members $650, general $750. Please see our frequently asked questions for information regarding class refunds and other policies. Questions? Email [email protected].
